Domestic Shipping (Within Sri Lanka)

Here is our return policy:

We do not offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy.

  • Only allow one exchange per item
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of the item being received.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

  • All return packages should be dispatched within 4 days after the issue is informed
  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Processing time for shipments

All orders are handled within two to 7 business days. On weekends or holidays, orders are not sent or delivered.

If we get a large number of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow for extra travel days for delivery. If there is going to be a major delay in shipping your item, we will notify you by email or phone.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times

Shipping costs for your item will be computed and shown during the checkout process.

Order tracking and shipment confirmation

Once your product has been delivered, you will get a shipment confirmation email and SMS with your tracking number (s). Within 24 hours, the tracking number will be activated.

Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes

All costs levied during or after shipment are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Please videotape the arrival and unwrapping of your product to support your damage claim.

Before making a claim, please keep all packing materials and damaged merchandise. Our Return & Refund Policy details the many choices and processes for returning your purchase.

International Shipping

We will readily accept things that have not been used, washed, or damaged for return or exchange. If you are dissatisfied with the goods you get, we may easily arrange for an exchange or refund within 30 days.

All products may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days after delivery (counting the day you get the items). The original bag and tag must be untouched and undamaged. Please remind us that there is no legitimate reason for us to return.

We will arrange for a replacement or reimbursement for the returned item after we have confirmed your return tracking number or receipt (s). (Don’t forget to write your order number on the package.)

Please keep in mind that children’s swimsuits, lingerie, bodysuits, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are not exchangeable or returnable.

Items that were sent back to you without first contacting us are not returnable.

Please do not mail returns to the address stated on the goods you received. Please only send mail to the address provided by our customer service.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as was used to complete your transaction. Please allow credit cards 7 to 15 business days for your refund to appear. (If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account.) next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to reflect on your account. After that, contact your bank. Due to processing difficulties, refunds usually take some time to post. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Insurance and the first delivery fee are non-refundable.

We do not provide Freight To Collect (FTC) service for shipments that are returned to us. You will be in charge of paying for the returns.

The time it takes for your replacement item to arrive will be determined by where you live.

You should utilize a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Our assurance that we will receive your returned item is not a guarantee.

International Shipping Information & Options

International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight and destination of your purchase. Simply put things in your basket and enter your mailing address, and it will calculate your shipping choices for you. During the checkout process, you will be shown all possible shipping choices, as well as actual charges.

Delivery times are approximations that do not include weekends, holidays, or processing and packaging (please allow 48 hours for packing). If a shipment is shipped by expedited delivery, we allow 10 business days before it is deemed lost. International orders dispatched via Mail Innovations are not deemed lost until 30 working days have passed.
